Shipping Method

The merchandise price is US $ F.O.B. Bangkok EX-factory price, Thailand. So, the customer is responsible for shipping and handling costs from Bangkok port to the destination. Client needs to pay for customs formalities cost USD 40. Normal delivery time is 3-5 days.

FedEx or upon customer's requirement with Consolidated Airfreight and Insurance Collect, charged at cost.
For buyers who have an account with FedEx, we can send your goods to you by freight collection. The freight charge will not be added to your purchase order.

Alternatively, client can request for EMS (International Express Mail Service) which is less expensive. Please inform us and we will promptly quote the freight fee for you.

Production Period

Normal lead-time is 3-5 weeks after you confirm your order and the payment/deposit is paid. In any emergency (such as a raw materials shortage) which may delay production, we will immediately inform the client of the next delivery time.

How to Order

Please list your desired item in the Order Form at Shopping Cart. If you wish to specify the details of size and color please fill in the specification, otherwise we will arrange as per  available size or color.  If you have any queries, please Contact us. After receiving your order we will fax you the Performa Invoice for your approval and signature. Please return it with your payment/deposit transfer document. We will inform you of the approximate delivery schedule.

Claim and Return of Goods

We will repair without charge any products that are oxidized or poorly polished, or any item whose stone has fallen out. We will not take responsibility for any missing stones. Please inform us of the product defect within 7 days of our airway bill date.  Client will be responsible for the freight fee in sending the goods back to Rollings for repairing since our price is F.O.B. price which excludes the freight fee.

Customers should not return products to us without prior notification.
